The North Saskatchewan Heritage River Initiative - Why isn't the NSR within the Province of Saskatchewan being Nominated/Designated?

We remain hopeful that the Province of Saskatchewan will eventually see fit to sponsor their portion of the North Saskatchewan River for Heritage Status under CHRS.
