Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Registration No. 00307647-00 00 was issued on January 23, 2013, to Dale Croswell Construction Co. Ltd. for the construction, operation, and reclamation of a pit in Plan 5011CE Block 17 of 10-058-17 W4M.

Reclamation certificate No. 00509180-00-00 has been issued by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas on May 26, 2026. The EPEA Registration No. 00307647-00-00 is no longer required for the above mentioned pit.

In accordance with the EPEA and the regulations, the Director has canceled EPEA Registration No. 00307647-00-00.
