HARP Flood Damage Reporting

Smoky Lake County is applying to the Government of Alberta for Hazard Assistance and Resilience Program (HARP) funding following the June flooding. At this time, no funding has yet been approved.

If your property was affected, please document and keep records of all damages. 

This information may support the County's application.

If you experienced uninsured losses please let us know the following by August 17, 2026:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Description of the uninsured damage
  • Estimated cost of damage

Information can be emailed to county@smokylakecounty.ab.ca with the subject line 'HARP Funding Reporting'.
